Benji .... May 1990 -Nov 2003 .... Benji came to us at 5 weeks old. A very small bundle of black fluff. He was rescued from under a mobile caravan in a butchers yard. We knew his mother was a German Shepherd but his father was unknown. By Benjis colour and head we guessed he might be a black labrador. Benji grew very quickly into a big boy with the most superb temperament and was a joy to own. Everyone who knew him loved him and he loved everyone in return. Why is Benji on this web site? ..he was certainly not a golden in appearance ..but in HIS mind he was. He was always on hand to help with puppies. A gentle giant, cleaning them and keeping an eye on all the proceedings. Long suffering when they pulled and played with him.Sadly we had to say goodbye to our dear boy on November 2003 at 13 and a half years young to prevent further suffering from cancer. He will be at the Rainbow Bridge with Jasmine waiting for me.

Ancella Pearl ..... Jasmine ....we lost our sweet lady with complications after a case of bloat. She is keeping Benji company and waiting with him for me.
Scrappy, a Jasmine son, was never shown but was a much loved pet. He had to be neutered at an early age for health reasons, so was always available and willing to keep the ladies company when they where in season or when I was away from home showing the other dogs.
He was a dog who loved the outdoor life- walking and water of
course. A true best friend, he will be sorely missed by all at Anshada.
